So, you've received an offer off the platform? No worries, you can still share it with your client and stay organized on the platform.
Instead of leaving the offer to be lost in the email abyss, simply enter it into Transactly yourself. That way you can still easily request best and final offers and share the offer with your client using the platform.
1. Inside your transaction detail, navigate to the 'Offers' tab.
2. Select Offer for Another Agent from the actions menu on the left.
3. Enter all of the offer details, including the buyer's agent information, and attach the documentation you received.
4. Review the offer summary and submit it.
5. The offer will now be on the timeline with a "created by: {your name}".
The buyer's agent will be invited to join the platform and further negotiate and collaborate on their pending offer.
